Dear Peter, Doing business with you and Cowperthwaite and Co. has been a pleasantly painless experience. After living forty years in the same house it was a difficult decision to put my home up for sale. You allayed my concerns from the first meeting. In the seven days my home was open to the (? I thought three or four people might submit an offer but in truth fifteen! I was sorry I could only pick one family.
